Upon final project payment, the full copyright and intellectual property rights of logo designs, website codebase, and marketing banners transfer completely to the client. Velrix Media retains the right to display the design showcase in its public portfolio.
While we build highly secure applications with strict prepared statements, we do not warrant that server hosting, API integrations, or third-party plugins will run completely error-free indefinitely. We are not liable for subsequent client database modifications that compromise system integrity.
